Start with what happened

Keep the pieces together
Retain tags, belts and other supplied components where possible. For a set, identify whether the issue concerns one piece or the whole outfit. Avoid further wear, washing or alteration while a fault is being reviewed. A missing unboxing video does not prevent you from making a complaint.
Arrange the next step
We will explain the return arrangements applicable to the request, including the address, packing instructions and responsibility for shipping costs. Keep any postage receipt. The outcome depends on the circumstances and assessment of the item, and may include a remedy required by law. These procedures do not exclude your rights in relation to defective, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
